Founder and Managing Consultant

Anne Calleja

MSC,DMS, Dip.EHP.NLP., PDCHyp, BACPC, MAC, MBSCH, UKCP

Over 25 years of experience working at Senior Level in Public, Private Sector and Education. Anne specialises primarily in working with Chief Executives, Main Boards of Directors and their Teams. Coaching, mentoring and facilitating. Through her many years of experience she has observed how effective people lead and manage. By 'modelling' these thinking styles, Anne enables Senior Managers to develop thinking strategies for effective leadership.
Anne has achieved great deal of credibility with Senior Managers and CEOs and is particularly skilled in linking Business strategy with action.
Her early career began studying consumer psychology followed by several roles in the Hotel and Service Sectors of industry and has worked and lived in Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific and USA at Senior Level giving flexibility in approach and understands the key issues facing leaders working across cultures and in an international economy.

A licensed user of Psychometrics, member of the British Psychological Society (Level A&B), British Society for Clinical Hypnosis, a Licensed Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP. She also holds Practitioner Diplomas in Psychotherapy, (UKCP registered) Ericksonian and Clinical Hypnotherapy and uses these and other models to facilitate learning and change. Anne is a registered Supervisor for Therapists and Coaches.

She is regularly asked to present on BBC Radio Oxford and also works in Motor Sports to create winning teams and individuals.

Anne is also a Law Society Accredited Interpersonal Mediator and works in organisations on work place mediation and managing conflict.

Jan Cowan - Jan Cowan Associates

Jan Cowan brings a wealth of experience in leading and managing transformation programmes and project teams.
Calm, insightful, a great facilitator’ are just a few ways that clients have described Jan. As a coach she helps organisations, teams and individuals understand and manage change, approaching everything that she does with a real sense of commitment in an open, straightforward and practical way.
Her work experience spans the financial services, insurance, public sector, retail and leisure. Prior to her consultancy work Jan worked for Maritz Ltd, globally the largest integrated Performance Improvement agency.

Jan has a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is a Chartered Marketer and is a practising accredited personal and team development coach.

Gordon Lamont

Gordon Lamont is a media director and writer. In 2009 he was a key member of the BBC BAFTA winning team for Off By Heart (BBC 2).
He also works in a number of training & development and consultancy roles.

Gordon is a creative designer of learning and brings his skills as a  creative facilitator for team building, problem solving and communication skills.  As an actor he brings reality to learning and role play so participants soon learn confidence in tackling issues the find difficult.

Gordon devised and runs a popular BBC course, Developing Creative Content for New Media and regularly contributes to Upfront – the BBC’s induction course.  His clients have included The Archers Productions Team, BBC Radio Drama, Channel 4, The DTI, 21CC (21st Century Classroom), The Arts Council, The DfES and many more.

Gordon's books include The Creative Path (Azure 2004), The Creative Teacher (Arts Council 2005) and The Confidence Book (Sheldon 2007)

 Tim Winrow - CEO GTC

Tim specialises in creating effective and efficient business operations in times of change and uncertainty by coaching and facilitating key managers to adapt their thinking and focus, to lead their teams to create success in new environments. Tim has worked both as a Senior Director and as a consultant, leading and supporting critical change initiatives in sectors where change is particularly difficult to achieve. Such experience has included both public and private sector organisations of all sizes, including organisations in transition from public to private sector.

Tim's clients' include: British Telecom, Glaxo, British Airways, NHS Hospitals, General Motors, Cable and Wireless, Celltech, SNCF (French Railways), ICL Computers, Indonesian International Telecoms Company, Clinical Research Organisations, UK Airports, a London Local Council and the biotech devices company PowderJect.

Steve Harris - Energize Learning

Steve works as an associate on sales and management coaching, team leader, team working and specialist customer focused skills training.
Steve has considerable experience in the field of behavioural change, is a dynamic trainer and coach with the ability to engage and inspire those he works with. He has real enthusiasm for developing the skills and capabilities of others and has brought his skills and experience to many of the leading retailers in the UK.

Steve spent twenty years working in retail operations, buying and merchandising and franchising where he held a variety of senior positions including a UK Board position with The Body Shop UK.

Steve also specialises in the design and delivery of training and coaching programmes that enable salespeople, customer service people and their managers to perform at their maximum potential.

Having spent 20 years in sales and service delivery his focus now is on developing the attitudes and mindsets that distinguish outstanding performers from the rest. His supportive and incisive coaching also ensures that these attitudes and mindsets can be pragmatically brought to bear where it counts - in the workplace.

Chris Shoukry (Oulds) - The ALCo partnership

Chris Shoukry is a project and programme manager with a 20+ year track record of successfully developing and implementing large scale, complex projects across public and private sectors.  She is a project and programme reviewer for central and local government in the UK and Australia and a member of the Major Projects Review Team for HM Treasury in the UK.

As Chris Oulds she was TfL programme director for the highly successful London "Oyster" smartcard scheme – a multi-million pound PFI programme involving managing the interests of multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, including central government and consumer groups. Under Chris’s leadership the project was delivered with all milestones and key targets met on or ahead of time and continues to be a very popular key contributor to the transport experience in London and a global leader in smartcard ticketing systems.  Before Oyster Chris spent 15 years delivering high value high risk operational ICT and specialist construction programmes for the National Grid Company plc.

Chris is qualified procurement specialist who focuses on the practical issues of ICT implementation, including procurement, governance, “people” issues and risk management. She was a founder director of the DfT sponsored ITSO  public transport ticketing standards organisation and a founder of the LASSeO organisation that supports UK local authority smartcard standards development.

James Walker - Ignition Sport

Ignition Sport was started by professional racing driver James Walker to help young drivers pursue their racing careers.

James has been fortunate enough to drive for many of the best single seater teams in National and International motorsport. Along the way he has worked with some of the world's best engineers and team owners giving him first hand experience of what it takes to be the best.

Since 2006, James has been supported by a professional team including sports psychologist Anne Calleja and fitness partner Formula Fitness. It is this winning team that has come together to form Ignition Sport.


Helen Money - Nutritionist - Helen Money Nutrition

Formerly a fund manager, Helen worked in the City for 16 years and  knows the stresses that work can put on health. A good diet is essential to sustaining energy levels, stamina and to performing well. Helen will work with you to create a plan that is achievable and sustainable in your working environment.  Anne and Helen work together to improve employee well being and enabling people to perform at their best.
